COMPETITION RULES: The composition of the Steak Sandwich, recipe and its ingredients must remain the same throughout the competition (from nomination and consumer voting through to final cook-off). The Steak Sandwich must be available on the venue’s menu throughout the competition. Steak is defined as a cut of meat being beef or lamb.

COMPETITION RULES: Nominated cocktails are promoted via each venue (social media platforms, in-venue), while the competition is publicly promoted by the AHA and Diageo. Cocktail finalists are determined using a combination of public votes and mystery judge’s visits who determine four finalists from across WA. Finalists are then invited to compete in a live mix-off at the 2025 AHA Hospitality Expo on Tuesday, 24 June 2025, recreating their cocktail on stage and explaining the story behind them.
