Hospitality Hygiene for food handlers
This interactive self-paced training course will provide staff with knowledge to assist businesses in meeting legislative requirements and to uphold the highest food handling standards.
Food safety is very important in the hospitality and tourism industry. In Australia, laws require that all food handlers have the knowledge and skills to handle food safely. Nationally, the Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code provides information on what skills and knowledge is required to handle food safely.
Completion of this course will support individuals and businesses in meeting the requirements of Food Standard 3.2.2A – Food Safety Management Tools, a new national standard to improve food safety in food service, retail and catering businesses.
