8 April 2025 | The Australian Hotels Association (WA) was proud to honour Western Australia’s top accommodation hotels and professionals last night at the 2025 AHA – Perth Airport Accommodation Awards for Excellence.
More than 550 industry leaders and guests attended the Penfolds Gala Ball to celebrate WA’s accommodation sector and acknowledge excellence in service, innovation and guest experience.
AHA (WA) CEO Bradley Woods said the annual awards highlight the exceptional dedication and talent driving success in Western Australia’s accommodation industry.
“These prestigious awards are a testament to the commitment of our state’s hotels and staff, who provide world-class hospitality,” Mr Woods said. “Western Australia’s accommodation sector continues to strive for quality, ensuring that visitors from around the world experience the very best our state has to offer.”
Winners were from 25 categories and included hotels, staff, teams and management, as well as the Accommodation Hotel of the Year, which was won by COMO The Treasury, Perth (metro) and Moonlight Bay Suites, Broome (regional).
Dario Orsini, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, was inducted into the 2025 Accommodation Industry Hall of Fame.
“Hotels are the backbone of WA’s tourism and hospitality industry, and it is wonderful to celebrate exceptional talent who deliver outstanding service and reinforce WA as a premier travel destination,” Mr Woods said.
